End Of The Summer Holidays

Created: Sunday, 01 September 2019 Written by Christophe GUAY

Other than the occasional (and very welcome) cooler day, a typically hot August is now behind us. Ruffec has been as busy as ever during the holiday season, though with the new school term looming and folk heading back to work, the town is returning to normal.

The summer months are sometimes a quieter time of year for the property market, though with the last few weeks having been far busier with client visits and successful sales than usual, we’re now expecting this trend to continue into the autumn.

As ever, we invite you to look at the full details of our most recently advertised houses and the rest of our portfolio on our website (www.tic-ruffec.com). We have an interesting range of holiday homes for sale as well as barn conversions, main homes with a gîte business as well as building plots for sale near Ruffec and beyond. Please contact us if you’d like more information on any of our listings, and we would be delighted to answer any questions you may have.
